(no not what kind of perfume you all want) BUT: How about we shoot for adjourning at midnight Dec. 16 (remember, we've got some stuff's gotta get done first) and reconvening at 6 AM on 1/2/99. This would of course be barring any emergencies. ___________________________________________ Wish I could get this kind of quick response on issues! In regard to the above some minor issues need to be resolved: 1. Trey did not supply his perfume preference 2. Question about vacation pay: Current Rate X 2 3. For those who did specify perfume, I sent a ot on your behalf to: Santa@ugot2bkidin.net Now real stuff. Things we should get resolved. 1. Looks like we will be adding Debbie to the election list along with Beth. That would mean one motion to cover both. Who volunteers to make write it (don't post yet.) 2. We need to resolve the communication thing that we are currently discussing. 3. Trey suggested we do something about the secretary motion that was tabled on 10/4 The election thing is easy, after that the communication thing is #1 on our plate so let's work on that hopefully to get it resolved by the weekend. Bob, I don't want perfume, I am allergic to about all of them ::sigh:: Wouldn't mind a microfilm copy of 1860 Greene Co TN Federal Census though, might cost you less only $20 2. Christmas break from the board would be nice, do we tell folks who write we are on "holiday"? LOL 3. Beth, so glad you are staying on. 4. Debbie, lordy doesn't the real world get in the way of what we would rather be doing. Sure do hate to see you leave, as I would anyone on this board. I sure wish you well. 5. Cajun Christmas, that *was* funny -- Terry I understood it, don't know why never lived in LA, scarry huh? 6. Now regarding exceptance of resignations. Don't these resignations after they are confirmed that the folks are *absolutely* resigning -- need to be sent to the Board-L list BEFORE we can accept/reject them? Just to keep everything on the up and up and we are not doing things in "secret"? It sure would be a surprise to me if I was to read that the board accepted a resignation of one of them, when it wasn't even announced that one was resigning (trying to be on the outside looking in now ::sigh::) 7. I don't think we should try and change the name of the bitch list. Just not have it mentioned on the project page may help this list to die. 8. I know I've left something out, please let me know what it is, LOL.
